The carrying strap for cameras, model THE MONOCHROM, is a homage to the era of black-and-white photography, optically ideal for today's slim system and compact cameras. Four elements made of Italian leather in different shades of gray are intended to symbolize the gray scale. Together with another 60 individual elements made of the best Greek and Italian leather, they are connected to form a "chain" in this longer version of the camera strap in a process that takes more than an hour, hand-sewn using hard-wearing and waxed saddle thread and provided with two rust-proof splint rings. In this way, a very resistant, but at the same time extremely flexible and cuddly leather camera strap is created. However, the structure of the camera strap in black and gray is not only purely design-related, it also offers a practical side effect. The individual leather elements ensure that the Rock n Roll carrying strap for cameras absorbs sudden impacts or weight loads, similar to a "shock absorber", which means that even heavier camera lens combinations can be carried more relaxed.
